[MOC] Old Republic Sith Inquisitor Makoban

My entry for the 14x14x6 small starfighter contest on flickr. Decided to make a little story behind the build. Hope you like it.

"Makoban was a powerful sith inquisitor during the Old Republic era.

She wielded a lightsaber, which blade was altered by her Force lightning abilities."

"She piloted an unknown fighter, agile and small, it was also equipped with many weapons that made her a dreadful opponent both on land and in space."

And it fits in a 14x14x5 studs box

The ship looks wider than 14x14?

Either way, it looks a pretty damn neat lil thing! Lots of greebles packed into it. And I do like the Sith Inquisitor =D nice job =D

Thanks, and yes it is wider than 14x14, but it folds nicely to fit in the box

So small and yet extremely complex and detailed.

Thanks Markus. That was a challenge, as I wanted to have a complete cockpit, with a seat and controls, and most of the canopies I own are big for that contest.

I stopped playing quite quickly in fact. Playing that game inspired me to build the Zenith, so didn't have much time to play

I think it's just that the ship is white, red and grey... similar to a Jedi ship... rather than the darker colours of a Sith ship.

Not something I spotted at first though as I was too busy enjoying the build! ;)

Makoban is just demonstrating that the Sith need not be so monochromatic & dreary with everything black, black, and more black… she worries that if they keep it up, every Sith Lord in the Sith Empire and beyond, for thousands of years, will just do everything in black!

That's a fun little ship! Given the colors, it could easily work as a Jedi/Republic fighter, too… but the Republic could stand to mix up its colors as well!

I wasn't saying that I thought it needed changing!... As I said it wasn't something that I actually noticed in the build as the colours seemed to match Makoban anyway... it was more just explaining lightningtiger's comment... or at least what I thought he meant by it! :)
