Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted February 25, 2007 Eurobricks Emperor Posted February 25, 2007 I still own some of those old idea books from the '90's. Haven't seen them in years, they are stored (somewhere) in our basement. I plan on searching them during the week to check if they contain some other pirate designs. Quote
Col. Whipstick Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 I like it for sure, who doesn't but I gave it a 3, not a 5. It's a neat and easy set to find the pieces for and construct one's self but it still feels a little too cramped for 4 minifigs and just looks like a pocket sized Eldorado, maybe that's the idea... I'm afraid I'll still have lagoon lock-up over this but it does give Sabre a little run for it's money. Quote
blueandwhite Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 Meh. It's ok, but it isn't really anything special. In fact, I found alot of the Idea Books to be pretty lackluster with models that simply felt second-rate when compared to alot of sets. For me the first Idea book is still the best. The newer Idea books rarely inspired me. I don't see anything in particular that stands out about this design. 3. Quote
SpacePolice89 Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 I rated it as 5 (very good). Soon I'll have all the parts so that I can build it myself. Quote
