LeocornoProductions Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 lets get this straight, are you building the f40 or brunojj's 458? because this discussion is very confusing Quote
Blakbird Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 @Blakbird The last picture I linked is the version you've built? I do like the entire black upholstery! Did you use custom stickers? I own the Enzo and 599, but I didn't apply the stickers (just one of them if I remember correctly). The pictures of my final build are here. I used a black interior and no stickers. Quote
Polo-Freak Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I have build two of them, this is a incredible Supercar Quote
LeocornoProductions Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 should have built the other one in black Quote
Rishab N Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I have build two of them, this is a incredible Supercar Was one not enough Quote
Jim Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Polo Freak, why did you build two red versions? Quote
Polo-Freak Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 One for me (with the 599 Caps) ...and one for a friend (with the Enzo Caps) Quote
Jim Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 I have officially started building the Ferrari 458 First I need to sort some of my red collection, which I have been dumping in a box Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Jim are you building the car at work? Quote
Jim Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Jim are you building the car at work? Nope. That's my dining table in the living room Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Oh,so where are all the dirty dishes? It looks too clean to be a dining room,in all of our four houses we just have kitchen/dinners. Quote
DrJB Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 I have officially started building the Ferrari 458 First I need to sort some of my red collection, which I have been dumping in a box You can tell who's been stocking up on red flex axles ... Quote
Jim Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 You can tell who's been stocking up on red flex axles ... I was a bit surprised by it too. As far as I know, I have never placed a Bricklink order for them. So they must all come from original sets, which is quite plausible, having all the Ferrari sets. Quote
Technic-Kobaltz Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 (edited) Nice red collection Jim, do you have an official finishing date? ....and Alasdair, nice festive avatar. Edited December 3, 2014 by Technic-Kobaltz Quote
Jim Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Nice red collection Jim, do you have an official finishing date? Thanks. This is about half of my red collection. Now's the time to finally sort these parts and stash them with the others. I will try to find all the parts this week and start building. I reckon I will finish it in a week or two, maybe three. Maybe I will even write a (small) review for it. Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 (edited) ....and Alasdair, nice festive avatar. Thanks it is apparently a deer in some where in Scotland. Edited December 3, 2014 by Alasdair Ryan Quote
Jim Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Anyone with a spare sticker sheet for the Enzo Ferrari? http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=8653stk01 I have a sheet myself, but I'm looking for a second one and I am willing to pay. But 50 euro is a bit excessive. Quote
750ACE Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 How about a vector or scan? I'd like that. Quote
DrJB Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 (edited) I have build two of them, this is a incredible Supercar The #3/4 gray connector between the wheel and hubcap, is that supposed to mimic a brake? Then for sure it rotates with the tires, and thus non-functional, correct? Edited December 6, 2014 by DrJB Quote
AndroTech Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Correct. That is only for the shelf .... looks so cool ... Quote

I am, but it is a new one, not an existing one. It is actually the first supercar I have ever made from Lego... And it is white Quote
