Help face decal with measurements

Hello,

I had found some decals made by Photobucket and Flickr user Capt Kirk, and I was wondering if some one could help with the measurements so I could properly print them. I tried messing around with it, but they ended up being to small every time.

These ones here.

I just changed the colour.

I was wondering though if someone could find out the proportions so I don't have to crop each face and do it individually. It'd help because there are a few more variations that I'd like to print that are in the same format, it'd save me a lot of time.

if someone knows, or can figure it out easily, I'd really appreciate it.
