sok117 Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 (edited) Hello everyone, this is my latest Playset Creation, A redo of the recent Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape set. Funtimes at a Funhouse! by sok117, on Flickr I really wanted to redo the set with a more expansive design. I used the same colour schemes and a majority of the stickered parts. The base is from the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull set from the Indiana Jones line. One at a time please! by sok117, on Flickr The base level has a floor pattern in Harley Quins colours. It also has two roller-coaster platforms to board. The far left has a Big Screen TV with a green curtain for Joker to give his Address. Here is Batman facing a bunch of Henchman. clicky Of course a Playset needs a lot of cool functions! You ain't looking so good! by sok117, on Flickr You ain't looking so good Joker! More on Flickr -cheers Sok117 Edited March 13, 2012 by sok117 Quote

Vindicare Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Great job sok! Looks good on that base, like it was made on it. I like the new and improved version you've done. All the different play areas like a real funhouse is. Yours has a real menacing feel that the Joker should have. Quote

Nicely done! Haha, I don't think you can really call it a mod anymore! Thanks man Stop stealing my ideas from my mind and making them better than I could have. Sorry (I think), I'll take that as your way of saying "Awesome" Great job sok! Looks good on that base, like it was made on it. I like the new and improved version you've done. Nightshroud99 Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Wow just wow, I don't believe I've seen a MOC that included play features like yours has. And as a fan of Arkham City I also must add that this fun house really has the feel of something you'd find in an industrial park; fitting for the Joker. The Joker henchman were also good, especially the one with the top hat and armor (like in the game) but I thought some of the others weren't clowny enough. Though to be fair there aren't alot of options. Well done. Quote
ScoutTroopy Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 simply perfect, i want to build one of my own soo badly now! Quote
Behind the Camera Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Great MOC! I love how you've improved on the Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape, yet kept the spirit of the original set! Quote
TheLegoJoker Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 It's just beautiful. You blew the official set away, man. Quote
has a differing opinion Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 "It should be illegal to have this much fun!" It IS! JK, awesome hideout, could you do some more close ups of the minifigures, please? Quote

Though to be fair there aren't alot of options. Well done. Whoa thanks man! I definitely used a lot of inspiration from Arkham City, it's such an awesome game! The two pillars on the right side are supposed to give it a little bit of an industrial feel. I think you and others who have mentioned are right about the clown henchmen, I wouldn't have enough clown henchman to fill the scene, so I just used some generic scum to fill it up. I shouldn't have missed the series 5 clown simply perfect, i want to build one of my own soo badly now! Go for it man! It doesn't have to be big, just make a small slice of it, hall of mirrors perhaps? Great MOC! I love how you've improved on the Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape, yet kept the spirit of the original set! Ha, thanks mate! I loved the Funhouse set, but I knew I could beef it up. Glad to hear that others still feel the spirit of the original set. It's just beautiful. You blew the official set away, man. Thanks man! "It should be illegal to have this much fun!" It IS! JK, awesome hideout, could you do some more close ups of the minifigures, please? Haha! I love tat tag line I might recycle the minifigs into future mocs, so keep an eye out! Thanks again everyone! Quote
