Hi everyone, been reading this forum a bit and thought I'd finally sign up and ask a question.

I picked up a Hyperspeed Pursuit (5973) set and may have slightly botched some of the sticker placement (not doing much to curb my distaste of stickers). Being a perfectionist when it comes to this, I decided that I wanted a replacement sticker sheet so I could redo them, and after much Googling, I read a couple of threads here at Eurobricks of people calling up customer service and simply asking for new sticker sheets. As I reside in Australia, I rang up the local wing of Lego customer service not long ago and they told me that they didn't "sell" extra stickers, and while they could replace regular parts, they did not replace stickers.

So, with what I assumed to the best solution no longer an option, what else can I do now, save for getting a new set or paying exorbitant amounts for a new sheet (if one is even up for sale)?

G'day, and welcome to Eurobricks, prehaps you could introduce yourself A bit more in the 'Hello, my name is' forum

The best Idea would be Bricklink, and the sheet you're after is still quite cheap, so that's probably the best Idea. Here's a Link

Hope this Helps :classic:

I bought 5979 Max Security Transport and that didn't come with any sticker sheet! I rang Lego customer services and they sent a set straight out, wonder why they couldn't do the same for you?

I'd email lego customer services and tell them the sticker sheet was crumpled inside the box, this would hardly be a lie as 99 in 100 sticker sheets are screwed up these days, they will just post out another one.

Question is, do you think they will still have sticker sheets they could send out from sets of yester year?

UPDATE: Sent a replacement parts form off asking for the new stickers and just got an email back, which explained why I couldn't get a replacement easily: "However, we do not have a Replacement Parts Service available for Australia and New Zealand yet."

BUT, because LEGO are evidently quite awesome, at the end of the email, there was this:

"As an exception I have asked for a replacement element to be sent to you. Please allow for 18 working days shipping time to Australia."

Thank you LEGO Direct! :classic:

And again, thanks to everyone who responded, simply going ahead and sending off a replacement parts form asking for new stickers didn't initially occur to me.
