My 810 town plan so far

I have been working on this all afternoon with no instructions. This is the actual father of the town plan that was released this year. I am building this set up as it has been known to fetch upwards of £350 at auction. More pics will follow with more on the town completed!

Very nice. I had thought about re-creating the old Wild West town layout in the same fashion, but ran out of some of the important pieces.

Buttons, you are doing a great job by showing us the "Stone-Age" of LEGO. Trust me, I had never seen such stuff before, and from far I thought the vehicles look pretty like "Matchbox". I must go and read up more of such old true vintage stuff. Thanks for sharing and I am looknig forward to your complete setup.

This isn't stone age, if you want stone age lego made wooden lego before they had a fire in Billund and decided to make plastic toys.

You know, I love this. I never start to collect it, but it's always nice see it. My dad had some of this stuff and my mum had it throw it away when I grew up...............ouch...........it hurts when you how much it's worth now.
