IvanIvan Posted Monday at 08:31 PM Posted Monday at 08:31 PM Hello everybody, I have a quick question to ask, I just got my new buwizz 3.0 and I have trouble controlling two PF servo motors. Everything else works fine ( PF L motors, led lights ) but it won't steer the car. The Servo motors are fine becsue they work on battery box but they just won't turn when I connect them to buwizz. They just make some noise but don't turn. I've tried everything. Please help. Thank you. Quote
Zerobricks Posted Monday at 09:19 PM Posted Monday at 09:19 PM Are they original LEGO PF servos? Quote
IvanIvan Posted Tuesday at 11:33 AM Author Posted Tuesday at 11:33 AM Yes, they are original. I have two of them and two buwizz 3 pro units. One is controlling right servo motor and the other is controlling left servo motor. And I just can't seem to figure out how to get them to rotate and work properly with buwizz. They even won't rotate when I press the test option in the app. They just make some noise like they get power from buwizz, but no movement. But they work with battery box normally. Quote
Zerobricks Posted Tuesday at 01:22 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:22 PM (edited) Are you using a normal slider to control them? Can you post a photo/video? EDIT: I tested a 3.0 on my own PF servos, no issues, I recommend setting the ramp to 0 for even better response. Edited Tuesday at 01:29 PM by Zerobricks Quote
IvanIvan Posted Tuesday at 06:22 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 06:22 PM I'm using a horizontal slider that goes back to center to control them. And yes I did set the ramp to 0. I will post a photo and probably a video as soon as possible which is on friday so you can see how it looks like. But can you describe the process of connecting PF servos to buwizz 3.0 in a couple of steps, for example do I need to use the tracked steering module or just connect the slider to a specific port ? I wasn't able to find it anywhere on youtube. Quote
Zerobricks Posted Tuesday at 08:06 PM Posted Tuesday at 08:06 PM Just connect a horzontal slider directly to the PF output, no modules needed. Quote
IvanIvan Posted Wednesday at 09:16 AM Author Posted Wednesday at 09:16 AM I tried that, but it didn't work. I will try it again and send the video. Quote
