MOC - 42147 - C Model Truck and Semi Trailer

I have recently completed my latest MOC, this is a C model truck and semi trailer, using the parts from two copies of LEGO Technic set 42147.

 

The truck is partly based on the A model for set 42147, with the cabin being built as per the A model and the rear being designed for the attachment of the semi trailer. This features hand of god steering and the cabin doors open, as per the A model.

 

The semi trailer connects via a pin, to the the connector on the back of the truck. It also features an opening tail gate and a fold down stand, to allow it to be easily connected and disconnected from the truck.

If only lego had enough resources for designing B-models. But it seems, they are tight on budget :)
