THE MASK OF ZORRO left its mark to my childhood in 1998. At my young age, I was pretty impressed what I watched. The way that this mysterious, dark hero with his black mask and cape was fighting for peasents against Spanish dons. The scenes, costumes, acting, story... they were all attracted me.

Before I decided to make a Zorro moc, I planned to build an old Spanish manor, but later on I thought, why not.
About the movie, I find many similarities with Pirates of The Caribbean so if you haven't watched Zorro but like PoC, give a chance.

Stunningly beautiful build all around  I love the irregular shape of the base with those small rock formations and the transition from the tan dirt to the pavement once you get closer to the house. Minifig selction and the expressions on their faces are top notch and they all fit the scene perfectly. I also like the small details like the bird's nest and the cat or that rugged corner on the backside of the house with that little locked door.

What do you use as a background for the photo shooting?

You summerized the moc with a few sentences. 🙂 I am glad you like it. For photoshooting, I used light orange PVC background.

Great! :pir-wub:  This is a very beautifully built diorama and a great photo story. When I see the faces and movements of the minifigures, I understand the story even without reading a lot of text.

Thank you. Still, if you haven't watched the movie yet, I suggest you to give a chance. 🤗

The PVC works well  I was at the hardware store but didn't find any pvc roll. I guess it works better and is easier to handle than paper. Have to keep my eyes open until i find it :pir_laugh2:

Fabulous job!  I love all the details spread around the build and the techniques you used to make the building - especially the windows.

Thank you very much. For windows, I used plates, modified bricks and brackets. 👍🏼
