Rogue Redcoat Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 Now if only Lego would come out with a set with these torsos, they look great :) Quote
Arjo Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 Yes please:) though not holding my breath… getting blue coats is a nice start, if 10320 is a massive hit maybe TLG will double down? Quote

Except through the launching of new playsets as it was the case in 2009, I reasonably see them coming back with a remake of an imperial Flagship. For me it is the most plausible way. Also I think there is a demand. 21322 was the occasion to reboot two iconic things : The Black Seas Barracada and a synthesis of all pirates' islands stuff. With the 10320 they gave us an Eldorado Fortress reboot but above all in my opinion a way to (re)create all imperial buildings. So my bet Imperial Flagship would be the next LEGO Pirates theme offering. A huge imperial ship is what it is missing to the theme. Especially when you consider the inaccessibility of the 10210 on the secondary market because of absolute insane prices. Quote
Arjo Posted July 9, 2023 Posted July 9, 2023 A come back of the imperial flagship… that is one that would hurt the wallet big time (as I would expect a jacked up price) but my guess is that it would trump PoBB and 10320 in terms of popularity. Let’s enjoy what we have for now! Quote

Rogue Redcoat Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Looks great, any reason why you used dark brown epaulets though? Quote
