[MOC] All 17 Modular Buildings in Mini format - and more!

I've been roaming around the forum for a few days and seeing so many awesome builds and MOCs.

Thought I'd share what I've been up to for the past few months - generally creating mini versions of stuff!

If you're in any of the FaceBook modular groups you've probably seen my work.  Back in late Jan 2022, after building the full size Boutique Hotel I thought I'd have a crack at building it in the 8x8 stud baseplate format - really enjoyed doing it and kind of didn't stop there!  In the 2 months following that, I'd designed all 17 of the Modular Buildings in mini format and built all the instructions for others to build too.  It was really hard work getting in as many details as possible but I loved the challenge.

After releasing the 17-batch I got a few requests for other modular sets that people have the full size ones of - Haunted House, Old Fishing Store, Daily Bugle and the 3 Ninjago City sets - so I designed all those too!   You can find all the instructions over here - https://rebrickable.com/users/christromans/mocs/.  (I released them individually, as a full set of 17 but also as a set of 12 for anyone who already had Lego's original Mini Modulars 10230 set)

Here's some images of the outcome... including all of them in a huge landscape I built in Studio!

Fantastic idea. This is the first time I've seen these and there is huge potential here for an ever-increasing layout. The integration of the models with the streets, water and bridges is nicely done. Excellent work.

So cute and well designed, bravo! I am not in modular buildings, but can regonize most of them anyway, and this scale allows to have a great city without dedicating a full room for it, great idea!

Very nice, and also impressive! I really like the water and the bridge, working at this scale gives many possibilities :)
How large would the city be in real life? Are you maybe planning to build it in real life some day?

These are fantastic! I especially like your Winter Village minis - they're so accurate and recognisable. I've never bought unofficial instructions, but if you ever made any for these I would be very tempted!
