Worm65 Posted December 30, 2021 Posted December 30, 2021 What is the proper way to turn off the Bluetooth control + hub? I currently have to take out the batteries to do it. Quote
suffocation Posted December 30, 2021 Posted December 30, 2021 It should switch off automatically a few seconds after being unpaired from your Bluetooth device. Quote
kbalage Posted December 30, 2021 Posted December 30, 2021 You either kill the app, then the hub switches to pairing mode and turns off after a while. The other method is to press and hold the green button on the hub for 7+ seconds, then it will switch off. Quote
anyUser Posted December 31, 2021 Posted December 31, 2021 (edited) Another, not-so-proper method is to disable the bluetooth interface of your mobile device. The hub will notice the loss of connection and switch off after some grace period. ( 14 hours ago, suffocation said: It should switch off automatically a few seconds after being unpaired from your Bluetooth device. ) If some member of the Lego powered hub developer team is reading this by chance: To me it appears to be nonsense to have to press a switch for 7+ seconds to disable the hub. Just tested with 42131: after (ca.) 5s permanent press of the button on the hub it starts blinking (short pulse white, similar to start). If no lego app is ready to connect it will eventually turn itself off. Edited December 31, 2021 by anyUser more detail on behaviour Quote
dr_spock Posted January 1, 2022 Posted January 1, 2022 Pulling out the batteries would be the instantaneous method. Quote
