Timeline for all Lego Themes?

Is there a bar timeline for all Lego Themes, like this one but for the whole history of Lego?

I've never seen any kind of chart like that for the whole of Lego for all time, No. It would be very interesting to see! I wonder if Brickset has one or any of the other websites like that, Bricklink or Rebrickable, etc.

Blocks Magazine did for certain themes within System: separate ones for Pirates, (CS) Space and Castle.

DK has one for the history of minifigures with each major development.

I’m not sure anyone has done one for all of LEGO’s history. Depending on the level of detail, it could be a huge undertaking.

For Technic sets there is Technicopedia: http://technicopedia.com/

Unfortunately it's incomplete and detailed descriptions end on 2001 with all information after 2016 absent. And yeah, even for the limited scope of Technic sets, making detailed descriptions of everything is a huge amount of work.

I definitely would not list out every set, just a general timeline of themes. My thought was that I think Brickset provides a data dump of every set and which theme it comes from: https://rebrickable.com/downloads/  btw if you're interested in data visualization it's a great resource. If I remember I'll try to make something this weekend.

Exactly. Though I will probably still try to make my own because this is slightly out of date, only going up to 2018 (so recent ex. Harry Potter don't show up), and I would like to color code more than unlicensed/licensed.
