Rustinidiel Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 (edited) Hi all! since i was a kid i loved the design of the Boba Fett spaceship, is cool and so particular... when the "Betrayal at Cloud City" (75222) was produced i really enkoyed the Slave1 inside it.. it is little, but mantaining the cool design of the ship... but, in my opinion, it has some upgradable things... like a possible cargo bay at the back, the rotating laser cannons... in that ship i really hate the Han Solo carbonite space... so i decided to fix this set to make my own version... i preferred to not include the carbonite part because it is too big for this ship size... anyway this is my mod: Slave1 by Rusty B. a comparsion between the original and the modded version: Slave1 by Rusty B. Slave1 by Rusty B. as you can see i modified the back design for adding a cargo bay, made a rotating laser cannons and changed the wings design to have a more details... Slave1 by Rusty B. i've taked off the carbonite space and managed the engines to have a more exact position of them and a more solid structure: Slave1 by Rusty B. the rotating laser cannons: Slave1 by Rusty B. the modified back with the openable cargo bay: Slave1 by Rusty B. Slave1 by Rusty B. inside the cargo bay can easly fit a jetpack and a long blaster (sorry for the dark view, the render program made so mutch shadow): Slave1 by Rusty B. Slave1 by Rusty B. now, the lateral rotating structure allow to have another cargo bay to fit inside contraband thngs or weapons etc... sadly, the space is not enaugh to fit inside the carbonite part: Slave1 by Rusty B. modifying the structure now the cockpit has a confortable seat, some computers and a control joystick: Slave1 by Rusty B. Slave1 by Rusty B. this mod not change so mutch the design of the ship, because i think it is quite perfect in original version... but i made thoose changes with my taste... hope you like it, and if you all have critics or suggestion, all are welcome Edited June 8, 2019 by Rustinidiel Quote
