There are already many, many, many well-established discussion topics spread across all the various subforums here dealing with wishlists and ideas for themes/playthemes, some more specific to certain genres/subforums, others much more broadly encompassing!

Oh, and since you initially mentioned an idea for a Time Travel theme, might I also suggest these two topics for Action/Adventure themes more specifically. The first one is of a more casually general nature, while the latter is designated for more specific, fleshed-out ideas.
