Just something silly I decided to do.

See how tall you are in lego bricks. Just stack enough bricks up to your head height

When I say bricks aswell I mean your average lego_brick.jpg height brick.

I was about 197 bricks tall.

And yes I was very bored when I decied to do this.

Of course the easier way of doing this is to see how many bricks make up say an inch and then multiply.

Shh that takes away the fun :-P

Curse you and your logic.

Or you could use centimeters like every other civilized person on this planet.. :-| :-P

I'm 4 bricks tall. Did I do it right?

Hinckley, some of us aren't 4 anymore, and have moved away from the Quattro bricks... :-|

Measuring, I find a standard 2x4 brick to be .4" (inches) tall

Math at work:

Piranha: 185 or 6'2"

Imperialshadows: 187.5 or 6'3"

Caffeine:178 or 5'9"

Holodoc: 196 or 6'5"

Rupeeclock: 194 or 6'4"

Lord_slyp: 198 or 6'6"

Hinckley: 4 or 0' 1"

steelharbing.. 220 or 7'3"

stealthhunter: 195 or 6'5"

Plural: 197 or 6'5"

I'm finding all of these 6'5"+ people to be a bit... unlikely. So the question is, are we failing in math or does LEGO attract abnormally tall people? :-D

Let's try some more math.

For those of you using metric measurements already, that makes life easy. For the rest of us, let's convert inches to cm then multiply times 10 for mm.

Inches to cm tool

From that, I am 190.5cm or 1905mm.

1905mm/9.6mm = 198.4375 bricks.

Putting that into perspective, there aren't as many freakishly tall people as it seemed, except for steelharbingerofdeath... 8-

Um, from my meashurments, 3 bricks =1 inch, or close enough, so 65 inches times three= 195, AKA 5'6 fine not that tall, but am I doing this right or have I gone crazy? I'm serious!
