Steamship hull shaping.

Greetings,

I'm not sure if this is the right group to post in but I thought it fit best. I'm trying to make a steamship-type vessel but am having trouble with the shaping of the hull, specifically the stern. It is rounded at the back but slopes down in a sort of conical shape getting wider at the base like this shape. Does anyone have a brick built solution to this?
