adotnamedstud Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Civil War - Hydra Bunker by Nexus-, on Flickr This was a pretty quick build conducted by me today. it's an 8x8 vignette of a scene from Captain America: Civil War. Though it's not my favorite scene, I'm still really happy I made this. Chit-chat aside. I think making Civil War vignettes and Uncharted vignettes will consume a good amount of my summer when I am not away from LEGO, so I may take suggestions for another scene. I'm already planning on doing the final encounter between Zemo and Black Panther, hopefully I deliver. Anyways, C&C is always more than welcome. Thanks for reading! Quote
Captain Britain Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Nice job on this one, I think it looks cool and look forward to the Zemo / Black Panther one! Would love to have something like this on display myself. Quote
Umbra-Manis Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 That's a great interpretation of the scene! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Easily recognizable scene Great color choices for the walls Quote
N_Cat Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 Wow, that's great! The greebling, the color choice, and the wall detailing is all incredibly accurate to the film! I'm glad you give Cap the same head/hair combo that I do, but I think he's actually wearing his helmet during this shot in the movie. Could be wrong about that, just what I'm recalling. Quote

Would love to have something like this on display myself. Thanks! Unfortunately, my MOCs don't become decorative as I always need most of the pieces I'd used for more. I hope that will change in the future as displaying these is a fantastic idea! (I'll also make sure to get to work on some new ones. ) Run! Bombs on the walls! Hehe, I knew I'd get comments like this! That's a great interpretation of the scene! Thank you much! Easily recognizable scene Great color choices for the walls Thank you! I appreciate that! Thanks, and nope, you're right! He wears the helmet, I'm just not certain I wanted a smiling Cap in a pretty tension-filled scene! Hail hydra Quote
Butterfingers27 Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 What faces did you use for Bucky and Cap? Quote
adotnamedstud Posted June 11, 2016 Author Posted June 11, 2016 What faces did you use for Bucky and Cap? Both of these faces came from Poe Dameron's X-Wing fighter. Bucky uses Poe's head and Cap uses the generic pilot's head. Hope that helped! Quote
