Ronan Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Hi, some years ago I seen on the web some pics about a nice unreleased hospital from 1979, that appeared in some catalogs. There are some interesting elements there, like a wheelchair (I think they never did another one), so I'di like to make it, but unluickily I never found more than two pics of it, Does anyone have this set? Or does anyone have some pics, informations or instructions of it? Quote

Ronan Posted April 5, 2016 Author Posted April 5, 2016 I found it too, but I don't know if it's 100% correct Quote
KamalMYafi Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 If you want to build this set, you can do reverse engineering Does anyone have this set? If it's unreleased set, rarely people have it and usually people do reverse engineering. Or does anyone have some pics, informations or instructions of it? Pics is just from catalog. And if it has a set number can be easily to find the informations. Quote
KamalMYafi Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 I don't know if it have a set number This set doesn't have a set number. See this. Quote
Ronan Posted April 5, 2016 Author Posted April 5, 2016 This set doesn't have a set number. See this. Thank you for the info Is possible to see from pics how large is it? 6 or 7 studs? Or is it possible to see how the wheelchair it's made? Quote
gotoAndLego Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Is possible to see from pics how large is it? 6 or 7 studs? Or is it possible to see how the wheelchair it's made? It's easy to see the size; building is 6 and the roof is 8. Quote
LegoSjaak Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 Well, it is actually 7 wide, as you count the studs on the baseplate, 9, minus 2 = 7. Roof is 8 indeed! I've never seen it, and as i'm born in 1971, i would definetely remember this one if it was a set, being 8 years at the time! Quote
Withacee Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 It's easy to see the size; building is 6 and the roof is 8. In the render above it is 7 wide, but on the picture in the link above, it definitely looks more like 6.Interesting set; never saw it. Looks like it never made it to the market. Shouldn't be too difficult to rebuild from the picture in the link. Looks like it has an open back. The "Hospital" sign might be a problem, though. Quote
gotoAndLego Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 (edited) The bottom floor is 7 wide, the roof is 8 wide, and the top floor is 6 wide. You could print up a sticker for the sign, but what about the awnings? Edited April 6, 2016 by gotoAndLego Quote
Ronan Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 Thanks to all of you!! What about the wheelchair? The bottom floor is 7 wide, the roof is 8 wide, and the top floor is 6 wide. You could print up a sticker for the sign, but what about the awnings? The awnings are stickers on slopes, like in another 1979 set These are the only two pictures I found http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8459/7907152398_1439f3ff38_z.jpg'>http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8459/7907152398_1439f3ff38_z.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8459/7907152398_1439f3ff38_z.jp Don't know if there are more Quote
