Bonaparte and I have both made Grenadier regiments but they are French. During the Napoleonic era (Which our armies are made for) I the Old Guard Grenadiers were the Creme de la Creme of the French Army and thus why we added them but for the British I don't remember reading for seeing any major British Grenadier regiments.

We didn't have them really. I think the closest we had was one company a regiment was a Grenadier unit. Like the Light Company, they were the Elite of a Regiment, the toughest, hardest men. They used to carry grenades (the old glass ones) but ended up forgetting them

I suppose you COULD say the Coldstream Guards (The ones with the giant bear hats that protect the Queen) might be them, not sure really.

Here's a picture of my French old guard grenadiers:

and this one has been posted in my original Napoleonic army thread (not the one you find in my current signature).

It's a Black Watch soldier (Royal Highland Regiment)...

Ahhhhhh... That explains how that works. When I was much younger I attempted to plonk a tire atop a mini-figure head but it wouldn't stay there. I was very disappointed.

By all means show us Work In Progress pictures so we can give you helpful feedback. There's no rule you have to show finished or even half decent MOCs.

You would be surprised there are two not finished LOL :-D
