Rebrickable new Android app

Perhaps some of us noticed the new launch of rebrickable.com android app. This is very interesting to many of us, but my concern is why they need the 2 requested permissions on the device:

1- Wifi connection information

2- Camera access

This doesn't make sense to me as working with rebrickable shouldn't necessitate this. I liked to see what others may think/know about that.

Camera, for example, is required to enable barcode scanning feature. You might wish to ask about Wifi connection information on Rebrickable forum.
