I rebuilt my LEGO Friends rotary snow plow into something a little less girly.

How does it compare with the LEGO 4533 Train Track Snow Remover?

Disclosure: I built the 4533 with parts from my collection following LEGO instructions.

MOC: Plow driver rides in comfort inside the heated cab.

4533: Plow driver has to be properly dressed for the snowy operating conditions. (Original set has driver in summer work clothes.)

MOC: Exhaust stack behind cab.

4533: Exhaust stack pointed at plow driver.

How do they perform? Lets find out in the battle of the snow plows:

Which one would you rather be working in?

Cheers.

My preference would be the enclosed cabin MOC snowplow. I've seen the Rockies in winter and have an appreciation for heated spaces.

The snow your LEGO world receives is horrific! It comes down in 2x4 bricks! Either that, or they waited for a couple of melt and freeze cycles before conducting the test. suffice to say, I probably rather be in the Australian outback working the iron trains there than dealing with that kind of snow.
